Professional project for NOLS | 2019
In 2018, the creative team set out to improve the NOLS website in the following areas: mobile interfaces, loading times, design, scrolling length, content hierarchy, accessibility, and the communication/interaction between designers and the development team. We decided to use Sketch, InVision, and Abstract to accomplish this goal. Here are a couple of the products I helped art direct and set up the foundations for. I worked in collaboration with Nikole Wohlmacher (UX designer and project manager), Kristen Lovelace (UI designer), Molly Herber (writer), and Laura Griffee (front-end developer and UI designer). This work is currently still in progress and I co-lead this project with Nikole and Laura from Jan. 2019-Aug. 2019. To view the entire design system visit the NOLS’ InVision design system management tool Wind Pants.

Professional project for NOLS | 2015-2019
In order to understand our customers better and improve the user experience of our website, we worked with stakeholders around the school and conducted over fifty interviews to identify key market segments, and develop and validate personas that represented the people within those key market segments.
